I find water and fruit go for my mind (Its vitamin C in fruit I think) - Anything that gives you a good nights rest - I would google I am sure plenty of healthy living sites who will have loads of advice.
a healthy diet including the proper amounts of all of them. You can't really supplement and be healthy and properly responsive, it has to come naturally.
