Lately I have been feeling numb. My emotions are damb there non existent. I feel like I can't really feel pain as much as I used to. I can't connect like I used to to people. I dont even know myself. I feel myself becomming hollow, trapped, and empty. Is this considered depression or anxiety? What should I do?

Get out of your normal routine. Do something you have never done before… skydiving, watch an S&M show, go to a shooting range to rent some guns and blow shit up. You know, something that can get your heart racing and show you how it feels again.0
