Has anyone got past the stage of having depression? Feeling hopeless? Wondering what it would be like if you were dead?

  • Start small, and focus on things in you life that you should be grateful for. If you don't think you have anything, look to people in worse situations, and you will always find something to be grateful for, which will brighten your mood a little. You have to shift your focus. Just to start with.
