haha... mostly alert but at time its because I am excited!
As soon as I started taking thyroid pills (I have subclinical hypothyroidism), I started waking up much more alert.
I am very alert when i get up.
Depends on how much sleep I got the night before.
My mind is totally alert when I first wake up, but my body will refuse to move. I lay there listening for almost twenty minutes every morning until I finally force myself up, then my mind sort of drifts off and I want to fall back asleep
that depends on whether or not I wake up on my own or someone/something else wakes me off
I sound groggy in speech for the first ten minutes but other than that I'm as awake as I'll be the rest of the day.
Varies. If I wake up groggy it's going to be a long unproductive day. If I wake up alert It's going to be a great day.
Some days it's like I could go out and just take on the world first thing in the morning. Other days it's just like give me my freaking coffee and leave me alone
if i have had good sleep hours then nope can get up do a little streaching and good to go
Depends on the alarm I set. If its quiet, I'm groggy. If its a proper alarm like a scramble alert, I'm out of bed and in the shower in about 15-20 seconds.
I hate mornings with a passion. No matter how many hours sleep i get i feel terrible in the mornings. Iam not a morning person at all.
