How to control your temper?

    This takes time. First, try silence. When u wanna say shit u know you'll regret, shut up and vent in ur own mind.

    As u do that, release that energy. A punching bag is wonderful for this lol, or just jog, whatever. Something that makes u sweat off the anger.

    Over time, you'll realise anger isn't really a reaction, it's more of a choice, and that u can choose to either hold that tenper down and release it on your own, or blow up in someones face and regret it.

  • Try to find ways to channel your anger into something else. Like going to the gym, taking long runs, playing a sport, etc.
