What do you do to calm you nerves?

IN exactly 7 hours and 50 minutes i have to leave for my powerlifting meet. Im sooooooooo nervous and im afraid ill mess up or look to weak. and disappoint my enitre family because they'll be there and they believe in me so much and i don't think i can live up to their expectations and UGH! how do i calm myself down? what are some methods you use?
