  • "what a limb" in Persian

  • I think it's Persian and I believe it means "paralysis".

    • Lol why would someone send that

      Thanks for translating though

    • I'm not sure if it's correct. I don't actually know any Persian. I don't trust google translater. It's notoriously wrong and inaccurate (I don't know why so many people still use it). So what I did was to type it in google, go on wikipedia and then change the language to "English".

    • Maybe the real question is: why would anyone send you something like that AT ALL if they know you don't speak any Persian?

  • It's Farsi "r What a limb" (probably leg?)

    • Thanks for translating

      Makes no sense though

    • I don't think so. He was a mutual friend. All he said was hi and then sent me this out of nowhere

    • Either it's
      -a comment on your leg
      -some saying in Persian (Farsi)
      -just a joke or
-he was trolling you , using

  • Looks Arabic or something middle eastern. Dont know what it says

    • Yea I was thinking the same thing

  • What a limb

We can't see the wood for the tree.

    • Still don't get it 😂 bahaha

    • An expression used of someone who is too involved in the details of a problem to look at the situation as a whole: “The congressman became so involved in the wording of his bill that he couldn't see the forest for the trees; he did not realize that the bill could never pass.”

    • Oh ok got it. Don't see how that could relate to me though.
