If I want to lose weight and keep muscle can I diet only with 1 small meal + protein shakes?

I want to reach single digit for body fat %, would this regime work:
Vitamins +plenty of water
1 small balanced meal with vegies and meat
3 protein shakes per day with added fiber.

training 3 -2 per day with alternate days of weight resistance and HIIT

  • Sounds good but again nothing beats a combination of a good personal trainer, physiotherapist & dietitian that study & understand your body type, requirements etc :)
