Chicken salad in my opinion.
-Not much risk of "soggy bread" (unlike more saucy sandwiches such as tuna)
-People say it is samey, I say it is reliable. One can never purchase a disgusting chicken salad sandwich
-Healthy and non greasy. One can even buy them without mayo
-Comes with a selection of vegetables including tomatoes, lettuce and occasionally cucumber.
-Unlike bacon and salmon sandwiches, one never faces a problem of taking a bite and pulling out a massive chunk of the filling
-Often in the upper price range
-One may face a problem of chicken falling out of the sandwich1

Depends what I have in the house and what level of effort I wanna put in... pb&j is a good standby since you pretty much always have the ingredients in the house and it takes basically no effort. However, I much prefer a nice sandwich with turkey and/or ham, cheese and mayonnaise. Toasted. Or a good grilled cheese. Yum!!! Also a big fan of tuna salad, another standby where I usually have what I need in the house, so if I'm willing to put a bit of effort in I will make that.2
