  • I want to break my habit of staying up late. I am tired in the morning when I get up, and I tell myself I will go to bed early. But by the time bedtime rolls around I cannot seem to wind down and get off my phone, or stop doing whatever I'm doing. I just am not tired. But I need to break this habit of not going to bed early.
