I want to break my habit of staying up late. I am tired in the morning when I get up, and I tell myself I will go to bed early. But by the time bedtime rolls around I cannot seem to wind down and get off my phone, or stop doing whatever I'm doing. I just am not tired. But I need to break this habit of not going to bed early.
I eat too many cookies and drink too much tea! I know things should be done with moderation, but cookies are my perdition, my weakness, my Achilles heel 😭 anyway, sweets in general, they are my debility! 😋🤤🍰🍫🧁🥧🍦🍮🍭🍪🍩🍯
