Yes of course. It's natural to feel better after crying because when we cry, our body releases prolactin, adrenocorticotropic hormones and endorphin that relieves our mood. But for me to feel good afterwards, it has to be a full blown cry. Most of the times when I cry, I don't shed even a single tear and that doesn't help my mood at all. It's difficult for me to cry. My face just looks sad, not like crying but internally I am.When I finally manage to get the tears out and cry properly, I reap the benefits of it. Fortunately or unfortunately, it happens only once in a couple years.

Sometimes. I find crying can very therapeutic at times. . I don't cry very often though.

Not right away. I usually get a massive headache and I become sleepy. But I do feel better after crying and then taking a nap. 😄
Depends what I am crying about.If I am crying about the friend I have been missing for 3 years but still talk to over the internet, I feel better after a cry <3If I am crying because I just crushed my baby toe on the door frame, I feel no better after crying than I did before :DIf I am crying because of dry eyes in a windy place I feel fine because I love the taste of tears, slightly salty :)
Whenever I do, I think I feel better most of the time. To really have a release. But it also matters if it's resolved tears or ongoing pain because sometimes like in your case you could cry and still be sad about something that has not been resolved or is still causing you pain
i dont think I've ever actually cried, never had a reason to...i mean i cried when i was a kid, but that was jus to get my own way or be a spoilt bratt, u know? To Try n make my mum feel guilty,but I've never actually cried from sadness... nothing makes me sad or ever could, i jus dont care about anything lol
Yes, words can Hurt more than being hit. My mum gave me a beating when I was younger. My dad on the other hand has never laid a hand on me but he has spoken to me when unhappy with me. I will take my mum's beatings any day of the week.

Sometimes. If I’ve had a very emotionally charged day it is very cathartic. If I’m depressed it seems to add to the sad feelings
Not a full blown cry... but sometimes a song will spark an emotion and cause a few tears... actually happened today. I felt better after.
Sometimes, but only because I have the best naps after. And nothing ever feels half as bad when I wake up. If it does, then it's a serious issue lol.

I'm going on 48 in less than a month. I've just started crying about a year ago. I do feel better after every cry. I'm getting out years of bottled up feelings and emotions.
It depends on the kind of crying. Sometimes, I feel great after crying, like it was a release. Other times I just feel drained and gross
I feel more relaxed after crying. I don't cry easily, though, and the process of crying itself is taxing.
For those rare moments that I do end up crying, I do always feel much better afterwards.

Not right after but it help to in long run. I tend to bottle my feelings so letting them out really helps.
I get headache after crying. And it feels great after working out.
