If you want to lose weight diet is more important than exercise. portion your servings and never eat til you are full. You should be eating just enough that you feel satisfied but no more than that. AVOID PROCESSED FOODS. I know that is hard because they're everywhere but do you want a flat stomach or not? If you like sweets stick to fruit but remember just because it is natural doesn't mean it's healthy. Everything you eat should be in moderation. meat and vegetables are important but grains not so much. BREAD IS AN ENEMY. Make a list of foods you can eat instead of thinking about all of the ones you can't!!!here's a list of good healthy food that doesn't taste like shit in my opinion (if you know how to cook which you should):salmon, eggs, beef, chicken, lots of different fish (pork is not a healthy meat)bok choy, chinese broccoli is better than regular in my opinion, zucchini, SPAGHETTI SQUASH IS THE SHIT (add some olive oil and vinegar to that bitch and you're set, and/or just some regular spaghett sauce), i dont know if avocado is a veggie but spread that on some seaweed (not toast) and sprinkle some salt on it cuz we all know that shit is nasty without it. (salads are good but not that filling so add some sort of meat to that rabbit food)There are PLENTY of dishes you can make with this and that list isn't even close to how many good HEALTHY foods there are are in the world. Sorry this wasn't written very well but I hope you find it helpful. I think the key is finding healthy foods that you like instead of forcing yourself to eat shit you don't like.
No.. i dont wanna lose weight. i'm propotional already.i just want flat/ toned abs, i have belly chub. :(
in that case exercise IS important. crunches, planks, push ups and all that shit will definitely help but only with CONSISTENCY. the dieting is still important tho whether you want to lose weight or not. Good luck!
Thanks a lot dear.. <3
You are smart for a 14 year old
@Creepazoid damn i wish i'm failing high school right now
it's not much but I try to do as many pushups and situps as I can before I go to bed every night
Diet plays a key as for exercise crunches I think is one of the exercises that can help to get a flat stomach
what is your diet tip you can give?do you have flat tummy?
This is true. Diet is as important as exercise. Low carb high fiber diet would really help.
I'm still figuring out my diet plan but it's been hard because food is not something I like so it's been very hard for me
@XanderCast do you have flat tummy? how about the exercises?
@Asker, yes! I have a small build body. I stop exercising for almost a year now because of some stuffs but I am able to keep my tummy flat. I limit what I eat in the morning. No snacks but some fruits occasionally. Heavy lunch. Light dinner. Limited sweets.
My exercise before is weight lifting (not really heavy). I focus on my core and legs because I climb mountains here in PH occasionally.
Fat loss doesn't take a long period but muscle gaining needs years. If u do ur workout daily, then only i can suggest u something for fat loss.
R u vegetarian?
I am not a vegetarian or vegan and the problem is i love carbs. Oh no, for years to get flat abs? :'( yeah i know that fat loss isn't so hard actually if we maintain our diet. i have belly fat though i'm slim, confused? yeah.. but that' the fact
Fat loss doesn't take a long time
Muscle gaining needs years 😂
U have to do proper workout, forget sugar (natural sugar in fruit is ok but in a limit), protein intake should be high, carbs must be low
If u can't live without carbs, then try carb cycle.
I've tried carb cycle but i mixed intermittent fasting with it.Instead of taking only protein on two days in a week in carb cycle, i did fast on that two days for 24 hours & other days were same as in the schedule.I was 73.5 kg & after 1 month i was 68kg.
My abs r not visible😅 but i lost fat.
You need to lose fat first then try exercises
