I had very low breathe then drank sips of coke then I feel okay but I get anxiety for anything at night. Also how I fix pillow issue? 2 weeks now I lay down Pillow bothers me I feeel head crooked and back crooked
I can’t lay down comfortable use if it’s the bed or what it is
take sleeping pills before you sleep, and dont look at electronics within half an hour before going to bed, maybe excercise and take a hot shower before sleeping?
