Why does this double standard in life, society, reality exist? guys, men, get bashed, criticized for feeling upset or detesting something?

What I mean is that, if a guy, man, doesn't like the way certain things are, or if he feels something is unfair, an injustice, he gets labeled as being a whiner or being a baby, being a victim or having a victim mentality.

But if a woman feels the same way about something, more people will sympathize with her, give her emotional support, be like "its okay, everything will be alright"
