It seems likely. Probably even intelligent life, considering it's happened twice on this planet, alone; octopuses are pretty intelligent, and our common ancestor was some kind of worm.

There"s a chance because there are some Earth-like planets many light years away that have been spotted by astrophysicists -- and if there are, I reckon they won't look like the weird, gruesome even, aliens depicted in movies + books/comics, they might well we'll be more like us in appearance

But they might not have penises or vaginas, perhaps they have other even more pleasurable ways to inseminate & give birth? Imagine that, no dick size questions on AGAAG (Alien Girls Ask Alien Guys)
