Interesting... but how did everything else move, yet the rocks stayed still? Some kind of magnetism being manipulated in or around them? I’ll look in my geology textbook for some ideas... the damn thing cost enough, might as well get some practical use out of it...
Yes, you are! <<3
Okay. Any kind of weather means just that. Do they still move during winter? How can wind cause anything to move through snow and maybe ice?
Okay so friction and erosion cause them to move by wind and sunlight because they are covered with a layer of ice at one point and then it starts to melt? Still no explanation good enough to convince me. Why are only those stones moving around death valley and not other type of stones elsewhere?
@Chris_u006 what's your explanation? Rock fairies?
Nope. But I do think we need more information than this and explained why only these rocks move and not others. Are those types of rocks in death valley somewhat hollow and all the others completely solid? It have been known since the 1930's and the best explanations scientists come up with this far is because of erosion and friction caused by wind and heat changes. How do they continuingly move through any weather? Do they continue to move without wind and sun? How if they do?
@Chris_u006 I don't know, im not a scientist, go ask a geologist or do some testing yourself if you're curious enough.
Exactly. But I have it hard to believe someone knows the answer and knows how to simplify it to us normal idiots.

It's real. No fake news here.
I’m sincerely asking? I didn’t mention fake news, I believe that rock did move, or it’s possible. But do you know any of what I’m asking?
