I have been going through some psychological issues. Then I bought a psychiatrist's book called "to feel good" the book says everything that we think as bad are just our thoughts. When we change the way we think, everything will be alright. I read the book, and some things that book says are really true. But once I start to feel ok, i say "hell no, this is not right, i should feel sad, feeling ok is not that easy" Why could this be?
