First thing you should do to improve your mental health is to cut any substance, including caffine, and fast for a day. After that have a breakfast with eggs, fresh spinich, garlic, and grapefruit; this will give you protein and antioxidants which will regulate your bodys o2 usage. After that only eat when you're hungry and keep drinking water.Healthy body healthy mind

You don't get drunk, a glass of cognac or a good single malt, maybe a cigar and undistracted contemplation

I don't drink much wine... the good stuff is too expensive for me, I tried a glass of Petrus when a friend bought it for me and that would have been about $200 for the glass give or take a bit on the exchange rate , great stuff but I could buy an XO cognac or a bottle of 21 year old Glenfiddich
yup, the good ones are always expensive.
