Only in the sense that i feel i wasted a large part of life not dealing with some mental blocks, too many years in pubs or pool halls drinking and gambling to pass an evening, waited till i was 35 before reaching out for help.
After seeing a therapist my life has changed beyond recognition in past 3 years. I now have a 1 year old skn, another on the way, i do wish i was 10 years younger so i would get more time with them.

I enjoy having the experiences that I do, but miss getting out of bed without feeling I got into a fight with someone in my sleep. I only wish I was younger to actually once again feel better. But I don't want to have to redo life all over again as payment for it.

I'm 48 but look & feel much younger and far more capable. I can "kick ass" like or even better than I did in my 20s. Plus, I can still easily turn heads or steal the spotlight. I don't need to wish be younger.

Yes , when I hit 30 I wanted to be younger lol now that I am 42 I am doomed , aging sucks and there is nothing we can do about it , I think that’s why I am mainly attracted to younger girls in their 20’s early 30’s but age doesn’t really matter to me to be honest it’s the person that matters

not sure my 30s were really better than 40s though. 20s had more highs and lows. I’d do some things differently.

Not usually. My body's been through hell though, so sometimes when it's a little bit painful to run that extra mile, or another round on that heavy bag, or even when you feel the storm coming in in your old injuries... a bit of youth might be nice.

Nah; I'm perfectly fine with my age.

I honestly don't physically feel any different than when I was younger, plus I'm wiser, so it has that added benefit.

Not really.
I worked so much when I was in my 20's and 30's and had a small child to care for.
Now that I'm 40 my life is simpler.
I still feel good and I think I look better than ever personally.
