Mental strenght, everything starts and ends in your mind. If you always think you are pyhsically strong then you will be strong, if you always think you are pyhsically weak and have self-esteem issues then you will suffer from them. Our mind is the key which plays a big role with being pyhsically stronger and ofcourse with other things.

Yeah I am %100 Turkish , well usually ones who visit this website be retarded or they come here to check it out since there's also Turkish version of this website called "Kizlarsoruyor" and there are a lot of Turkish users there even founder of G@G is actually a Turkish man so yeah it's normal for you to see some Turks here but I guess I am one of the rare who's hanging around here for a long time lol.
