Is this dry skin or a cold sore and how do I get rid of it?

Looks like a cold sore, see a pharmacist, no need for a Dr, takes a few weeks to clear up,,, it's a strain of hepatitis, Pharmacist will refer you to Dr if needed, and please don't kiss anyone, even me until it's cleared up lol,,,

Its probably a cold sore (worse case scenario herpes if you blew or kissed someone recently as both of those can spread it).

That’s either a cold sore or herpes. You can’t get rid of it, it’s permanent and will come and go throughout your life.

That’s a cold sore. Cold sore lotion is the only way that I know of.

I would assume a cold sore. If it was dry skin I would expect your lips to be chapped too

Cold sore I’m a dentist. Herpes simplex virus. You can buy antiviral creams from a pharmacist. You catch it from kissing the legions disappear then come back randomly the virus never leaves the body. Hides in nerves
