All my car people out there, Toyota or Volkswagen?

Question

Me and my roommate were having an argument over cars. I prefer toyota whereas she thinks Volkswagen is better. She was trash talking toyota and all up on her high horse because she only buys “German made cars”. I personally think toyota is more reliable and I like their designs better than Volkswagen but I’ll leave that up to the car people i guess because I’m not a huge car girl.

I prefer Toyota, of course. Nissan is a close second. I am not a big fan of German design. Did you know that Hitler designed the old VW beetle? I have a book that has a picture of the very first beetle coming off the assembly line and Hitler standing there like a proud papa. Lol
