Good choice! Yes, a lot of things can interfere with your body daily. So, it's good not to let so much of it go through it. Within moderation is a nice benefit. As long as you drink your water, eat protein, and all the good stuff, and in moderation some of the others, (you don't have to cut everything out) but you'll feel like a million bucks.
