I am an INFP (based on MBTI test) which means that I'm an emotional and sensitive person. Being emotional often prevents me from thinking logically. Also I tend to get hurt easier than less emotional people. I just want to be like stoic people who are rarely cry and keep calm when life punches them in the face as if it's nothing.
I have taken the test twice and still got the same result. For me it's pretty accurate. I know that some psychologist said that MBTI is unreliable, but that's not the point. I already know myself before taking any test.
INTJ, sorry. INTJ was my result. INTF isn't a valid result at all.

"changing" won't be necessary. you can adapt and learn how to think in different ways for situations where it's needed. you don't need to change the core of what you are.
People mostly change under events that shakes the core of their existence. It is possible, intentionally it might be dificult but there is always hope. On the other hand you might want to find similar people, it will be much easier and people who changes for others usually are unhappy.
I personally don't know much about these personality tests, when I did mine I got [INFJ-A] I'd like to think you can change your personality in some way
