New Age Meds/Beliefs: Is this mix good or ill-intended?

My sister is ultra into new age stuff, including wiccan. For Christmas she gave me a spray made of eucalyptus, cajeput, and immortelle. It also has what looks like broken crystals in the bottom. (Those are at least the 3 ingredients on the bottle and what i can see/smell).

Is this combo supposed to be healing/helpful or do you think she might concocted some sort of ill-intended "curse" or something along those lines?

I feel dumb asking this question, cause i'm not into any of this stuff, but we recently had a big fight a few months ago, and I'm wondering if she still is out to get me.
