Ways to stop boobs sagging at an early age?

32J at the moment, they dont sag to bad but I'm worried about the future and if there's anything I can do to prevent it

Forget about your bras of old and hook into a fall arrest harness instead! Spread the weight of... jeez, those puppies must be over 30 pounds a piece, anywho spread that over your whole back and torso with a harness rated to arrest a fall of your entire body weight from 6 feet. Flawless.

32J? That's an unusual size, especially to not be sagging yet.
there's nothing you can do to ultimately prevent it, but there's a number of things you can do to slow it down. For example, don't smoke, don't wear a bra to bed, get frequent chest massages, make sure you are keratin and skin are healthy, build up the pectoral muscles underneath them, and a couple of other things as well. Not much. All you can do is an exercise to help maintain, and have good support for your breast. Your goal at this point is tone and maintain. You may have to go to the doctor for help. There may be something really wrong to be having that much of a size. Unless the women run big on your side of the family like mine, there may be a health issue.

You have Js at your age wow! I’m only C but yeah keep it protected by wearing a bra all the time, wear it when sleeping and out and about. When running don’t use a regular bra but a sports bra to contain them. I’m not sure if this is a myth still but: Try not to get a man to suck em and avoid drinking milk so they won’t grow any further.

I'm a 36dd and my boobs already do sag. Mostly because I lost a lot of weight, so try not to lose to much weight.

unfortunately, gravity will bring them down. i've never even heard of that size, so they'll probably get bigger

Breast reduction and stop wearing bras. They weaken the pectoral muscles and cause sagging much earlier and easier.

Your breasts are also quite large, hence the advice of breast reduction. It’ll be uncomfortable but your muscles will build up and the pain will lessen in time.

Well... I'm not sure of the SUREFIRE ways to do it, but I'd say to work out the pec muscles a bit. That should keep them situated on your chest in a perky manner.
