What has been the most awkward public experience you have had in life?

Most awkward experience was when I was minding my own business but just happened to be walking by a couple who was arguing in front a book store I needed to go into. They were blocking the door and I just politely said excuse me and the guy opened the door for me and said sorry and that should have been it. Nope, the wife/girlfriend I don't know decided to bring me into the argument and followed me into the store to start asking if I was there often, if I knew her man, if I'd seen him around with another woman. I thought a quick "no I don't know him i dont come her often, I'm sorry" would suffice but no, she kept following me around the store asking what would I'd do if my man cheated and how would I handle it and all kinds of relationship questions. Part of me understood she needed an ally in that moment but the bigger part thought these were awkward questions to ask a stranger but i kept politely answering. Maybe sensing my distress a store associate came to ask if I needed assistance and I quickly answered yes and asked if they could look up a book for me. Once I had them look up the book I needed and several I didn't I cautiously look around for the woman. Im assuming her and her boyfriend/husband left and I couldn't see them at the front entrance so I bought my book and left ASAP. Still such a weird and awkward experience. I felt bad for her but since I didn't know and didn't want to know the situation I it was just awkward.

When I was 9 I had a really bad sunburn so I put a loose tank top and my dad took me to my moms job to visit her. My dad seen a worker he was friends with and I noticed the guys face turn red and he didn't want to make eye contact with me. I seen some kids staring at me. When I looked down turns out my tank top was low my nipples were showing 😩🤦‍♀️

Having a basket full of groceries and going to pay for them only to find that my card had been locked and I couldn't pay for them while an entire line of people built up behind me.

Not knowing that the boys and girls were divided at a school assembly and just sitting down at the first seat I saw, only to realize my mistake but deciding to commit to the choice rather than draw further attention to it by standing back up, leading to girls around me to whisper about me the entire two hour assembly.

Working on a group project in middle school and speaking up to contribute to a conversation only for everyone to go dead silent and stare at me for a solid 10 seconds until my soul died and my lungs collapsed in on themselves.

I once had to go for a testosterones count test and I am not sure if you know but they put you in a small room give you a little jar and its up to you, your hand and imagination to get the semen out while they are waiting in reception, as bad ass that was as soon as i got close to the end aa other guy was told to go into the room next door and instead he accidently opened mine and cough me red handed in the act. after 2 year that same person ended up being by one of my employees.

In the summers in high school I used to go to a club pool during the day. It was mostly other teenagers there and we were pretty much unsupervised because the counselors there were young too. I liked going there but there was this one older girl who someone brought with them sometimes and she was always mean to me and intimidated me. So now for the awkward part where she took things way too far. One day, I was wearing my strapless bikini top and I was talking to this boy there I thought was cute and out of nowhere I feel someone behind me grab my top and yank it down to my stomach, so the guy saw my boobs completely exposed, and when I covered them up and tried to pull up my top she pulled my bikini bottoms all the way down to my ankles. It was so embarrassing and it took me a couple seconds to get my bikini readjusted so a bunch of my friends there saw my bare butt and my vagina. It was always so so awkward between me and that boy after that and it was definitely the most embarrassed and the most exposed I’ve ever felt in my life

Oh I hate these, I've had so many and these come always back when you lie in bed and try to sleep.
Some examples:
-surrendering a blank exam paper 1min after the exam started and walking ashamed through the hall while passing all the students still writing

-me at the waiting line for an fun fair ride getting called to pass in front of 30 people because there was only 1 seat left and I was the only single there. They said I should climb over the fence to the attraction but I didn't understand them because of loud music, after the 3 time I understood what he meant. I boarded the attraction and everyone in the line shook their head and complained about me

The most awkward/embarrassing moment for me would probably be a tie between the time stepped & slipped on ice when I thought it was a water puddle (it was dark, I didn’t realize until I fell on my butt).
And the other would be getting my friends mixed up. Like I would forget whose who when it comes to people I only seen like 10 times and be like “Betty, how ya been?” and she’d respond, “I’m Charlotte don’t you remember?” (Now I’m sounding like the Kool-Aid man, “Oh Yea!”)

I really don't get embarassed like that. I mean in 8th grade everybody called me forrest gump all year. But I really don't consider things like that to be a bad experience. I mean getting my butt kicked really bad is a bad experience to me. Try getting knocked down and kicked in the head about ten times. Anything else really pales in comparison.

I went on this date with a guy who I met online and he said let's go skating! So I thought cool idea for a date! So I dress up in some warm clothes (I hate being cold), throw on thermal underwear, turtleneck under a hoodie, my parka, hat, scarf, gloves and ski pants. All toasty.

But when I get to where we are meeting, he walks me to a *roller skating rink*!!! Easily the most awkward public experience I've had!!!
