No. There are people I don't think should be having kids, but requiring a license is a dangerous slippery slope. This stinks of eugenics.

Someone with very low IQ probably has a family member or someone else caring for them. They should be the ones to deal with it.

I have a friend who is a retired special ed teacher. I've always wanted to talk to him about some of these things but haven't had a chance. I think I know what he'd say, but I'm curious where he'd draw the line on when people are capable of marrying, having kids, voting, etc.

Something like that sounds like a long shot.
