From all the shows I have watched regarding real life gangs many members say that once you join a gang you can never leave unless it is in a coffin I’ve also heard that some gang members who have managed to get away have more of a target on their back and that the person is constantly living in fear and having to look over their shoulder because they know any day could be their last day
