For me it's mostly pulling out splinters and shards from fingers and between my fingers, one of which got under the fingernail. My fiancée once forcibly put back into place her dislocated shoulder after a bad fall. What about you?
Broke my hand in a fight once, smashed in my middle knuckle, just wrapped it up and iced the hell out of it. My job was scooping ice cream at the time though, so I had to go lefty, that was a pain in the ass. Anyway, the girl I was seeing finally told me I was an idiot enough times to get me to get it looked at, plus I was about to withdraw from school for the semester, and this wouldn’t be covered by the university healthcare afterwards. So I went, got x-rays, guy told me the obvious and said it was broken, but it was halfway to being healed by then so there wasn’t much point to do anything further. It used to click for years after that when I’d make a fist, lmao, but that finally righted itself and subsided.

Once I smashed my thumb between two pieces of metal and it stayed very swollen for a few weeks. So much blood was collecting under the nail and the only way to relieve the pressure was to puncture it with a hot needle. That's what I did. The sight of that scene was the visual equivalent to nails on a chalk board but it felt so much better afterwards.
Road rash, rock stuck in my hand, barb wire cuts, tick removals (essential oils for those jerks), dog bite, light concussions from car crashes (one eventually at ER through comp due to being on clock though)
I broke 3 ribs, one of them was also fractured in another spot. I just duct taped my chest, got medicated and went back to work. Hurt like hell to breathe, laugh, and move. It took about 3 weeks for the pain to subside. Never missed a day of work ( I'm an electrician). I also sliced the base of my thumb open on an electrical panel. I put pvc glue on it. Wrapped it up with paper towels once the glue dried then taped the paper towels with electrical tape.

I self treated a dog bite on my right foot i got while riding a bike. It it broke the skin, seemed like might have needed some stitches but i just washed it with antibacterial soap, then poured some sulfathiazole powder in it and then rinsed it with himalayan salt water. Kept using these 3 materials and I got healed in like 2 or 3 days.

bad sprain in ankle, gash in head. I tried to manage a kick to the testacle... I handled that for about 5 hours and then drug myself to the hospital myself. That was awful miserable.
Sliced my hand open from the tip of my thumb to halfway across my palm on some steel stock I was moving to put into a machine. A lot of blood. Took about ten minutes to treat.
