You've got a point.
@Mellifluous_ you sound like someone I know 👨🦼 can't quite put my finger on it
@Sonorous unfortunately, you don't sound like someone I know 👄
@Sonorous not if I block you hehe🐒
Thanks for mho 😊Feel free to hmu if you need someone to talk to. If you want to vent or something. Might help you release tension and lessen the intensity of your emotions.
Yeah true 🤔
No I wasn't crying and neither the eye shadow got ruined.
Yeah but I haven't hurt myself. I was mad at myself and felt helpless
Regardless, self-destructive even without damaging yourself is still not a normal response getting mad in general.
I beg to differ. It is a normal response. But just not one that will help a person get to a better mental position. They'd need a different way of coping.
You may beg to differ all you wish, clinically speaking, it is not normal.
Well, their definition of normal probably isn't one that reflects reality well. It's probably one geared to fit their narrative. Which is a commendable one to have. Yk, preserving life and all that. But the reality is that destructive and negative things are just as normal, they're just not preferred for our survival.
By the theory all self-destruction in its various forms qualify as normal. Meaning, wiping out a Honduran village just become one son of a bitch was a rapist is a perfectly sound response as it fits a narrative of a heathy response.
