U might have a condition called bruxism where u clench and grind your teeth in your sleep. Another reason is ear infection.

U have to know the source to be able to get from it. Do u also listen to loud music? Check if u have bruxism also

If u r just 19 i dont think u need to worry about hearing loss or so. I used to listen to loud music for years and i never experienced any problem. Its either your have as i said jaw/teeth clenching problem. Or u have been exposed to loud sudden noise and its temporary. If it continues for other days then you need to check with a doctor

not just that tho in my past I've had very loud noises mess with my ears like gunshots and shit, i remember one time my ear rung for days after shooting a gun with no ear protection

Hmmmm u didn’t mention that!!! That should have caused u some problems even if its long time ago. Sometimes health issues and old injuries start to come back again

I hope as well. I can tell u at ur age probably ur body will bounce back from any previous injuries or so. But u must wear ear muffs always when u r dealing with loud noises or so

yea I don't know if i can work with earphones tho as it takes communication and I don't know if they let me work with earphones as im in the glass carrying department

get some warm water and let it sit in the ear for a minute. open and close your jaw while the water is working. then clear that shit out with a cu tip

im not using the machines tho i just have to walk in the factory to do my job so im constantly hearing loud machinery but at a distance so I don't know

Do you work around loud noises? Could be hearing loss but don’t overthink or freak out. No one on this site are professional doctors so we can’t diagnose you. Just stay away from loud noises, alcohol, caffeine, try not let water into your ears when showering and try go see a doctor asap. Rather safe than sorry
