If so tell me your story. Do you remember it vividly or was it something that happened so fast that it's hard to recount? I'm a victim of two armed home invasions myself. Both times I was also armed and both times because I was armed the issues resolved themselves without a shot going off. The firearm I had wasn't even loaded at the time but I was blessed that the sight of it caused the burglars to run upon seeing it. This is why I'm personally pro 2nd and will never change my stance on it. My dad's old Remington Nylon 66 saved my life and changed my perception about gun ownership. Has something like this also changed your perception on being better prepared?
