I'm most likely gonna just sit here and work on The Enpsychlopedia. I serioously doubt it's gonna happen, because it hasn't the last few years but, there's an extremely thin chance my neighbor (where I used to live) is gonna come get me to see the parade across the street from what used to be my house.
This is what it looked like 7 weeks before I was born. The second half of this is across the street from my house. Near the end, a woman in a flowery dress walks up to the curb on the left edge of the video, I'm pretty sure that's my grandmother whose house I'm in right now.

We had Victoria Day/May 24 weekend. I helped install a kitchen at a friends on Saturday, played around the house on Sunday. The holiday Monday I threw my cedar strip sea kayak on the truck and dropped it in the Muskoka's for a paddle. I covered 21 km/13 miles roundtrip in the day. Lots of nice places on the water.

I don't have any big plans. I have two things that I'm planning to do with my mom but she has to work the next 4 days cause she's a nurse and has different shifts all the time. I did something last weekend and it made me tired af so now I'm just gonna chill mostly. I wanna exercise a bit and enjoy the weather but it's gonna be a spontaneous thing.

I'm going to stay inside and binge watch The Ghost and Mrs. Muir, and then I found out there is a Tremors-The series, so I'll be watching that too. I've been writing the past two weeks, so I'm taking a break from my novels. My characters can wait to get out of their current situation, lol.
I don't have any friends or family, so I have to make my own entertainment, lol. I figure maybe I can check out some of these shows that are supposed to be so good!

i was talking to my mom about this yesterday. she cancelled plans with a friend to get her nails done because she had to be available for my father in case he wanted to celebrate.
i said wtf is there to celebrate? there's nothing special that happens on memorial day other than it being another consumer holiday. memorial day sale!
i'd just assume we were remembering to consume because who gives a shit about the dead if you don't know them?

Mow the lawn, wash and wax two vehicles, finish raking leaves , spread 50 bags of mulch. Then on Sunday go to the dump, do some carpentry on my house and help my wife plant a vegetable garden. I am not sure about Monday. Hopefully watch a local parade and go out to dinner
