  • Glancing means he likes you, or you're wearing yoga pants or something and he's checking out that ass.

    People will not talk to you for a variety of reasons if they like you, they may be shy in general and not start many conversations at all, if it's texts they may worry about being annoying, they may think you will miss them, or even just see if you will message them first, which is a fairly good sign of attraction (based on the conversations) some people will message you and act more in a friendly way than anything.
