Is there no way at all to fix knock knees at 18? (Genu Valgum)

Just recently noticed it, and it's bothering me a lot. I haven't got so much, and it's only in the left leg. Any way to correct, or at least reduce it? Exercises, or just a myth? What about a knee brace? Anything but surgery :-)

Thanks

  • Swimming is your best exercise for this and stretching :)

    • Not saying that it will go away, but, swimming is easier on your body.

Stretching always makes me feel better (I was in a car accident and had back pain since 2007).

Now 95% of that pain has been left, thank you Jesus!

  • "Generally, there is no known cure for knock knees post-childhood. Contrary to common belief, no amount of orthotic treatment or bodybuilding exercise will straighten knock knees for adults."

Quote from Wikipedia so sorry dude. You might want to have that checked on by a doctor or risk injury.
