Balance/Flexibility/Endurance training

So I was wondering what the best option was for some flexibility/endurance training (girls you probably can answer this best), but so far I've only worked on strength/agility and was looking to fill in one or 2 of my rest days with something else. The only thing I can think of is yoga but if anyone else has any suggestions all help is appreciated.

  • Yoga or pilates would work. Pilates especially since they combine a lot of strength exercises in there.
