Most Helpful Guy

  • My punching bag named Igor. He hangs out in my garage and is always there for me whenever I feel stressed out or overwhelmed. He has duct tape and cracks all over him because of all the beatings he has taken from me, whenever something or someone pisses me off I just picture there face on Igor, strap on some old sweaty boxing gloves and give him a couple of hard punches.

  • Breath deeply and listen to soft music. (Not depressing). Meditate on something good, or pray. Also talking to someone about it is good. Someone who will listen and maybe not give too much advice. Sometimes its good to just get it out. If you have to write it down, or type it in journal or blog.

    • Btw do you take MDMA or Oxycodone? that might be a huge reason for feeling overwhelmed and depressed sometimes

    • The only "drugs" I take...

      Tylenol and Alcohol...

    • k good, I had a friend that was really depressed off MDMA and Oxycodone I did a research paper on it a while back and its just as bad.
