How to make a multi-layered stencil?

In high school, I my art teacher taught us how to make these really cool multi-layered stencils that we could spray paint on shirts and such, but we learned on photoshop, which I don't have. Is there a way to do this on Word? or maybe Paint? I'm doing it on paint the long way right now... (erasing all the extra lines and guessing on the values) but it's not going to look nearly as good...

  • Well you can get photoshop for nothing, but would have to down load a bit torrent and visit a site that's banned through windows explorer etc but there's still a way to access the site.?
