Okay This could be a long story but I can tell it worked since I did it myself as well since I had the same problem
You could be almost on your period... But that would not make you come and ask here because I am sure you would've noticed that it would be because of your period.
What I personally think is that skin of your breasts are not strong enough. The skin in our chest area is really elastic and thin and since you got big breast the skin is being more stretched, because obviously they have alt weight to carry!
So what you have to do is make the skin of your breasts become more firm. There are 2 things who make that happen in the body. Those things are collagen and elastin.
The production and replacement of these protein fibers are stimulated by certain nutrients Antioxidants, vitamins A, B, C & E. These nutrients are common in fruits like grapes, berries and green leafy vegetables. So eat healthy enough or take A to Z vitamin pills so you're sure you do get all the vitamins your need.
But it sadly does not stay by only vitamins. You got train your breast muscles as well so they get stronger and are able to carry the weight of your breast easier!
Bench press and imprints are good exercises to start with just start with 5 of both for a day and slowly build it up! You'll notice your chest will get "stronger"
I hoped I helped you with the problem its a long story and it will take a while but your breast will hurt less and you're chest will get stronger :)!0 0 0 0Before I forget I don't know if you know the shop LUSH they have a cream called "lovely jubbies" this cream also makes your breast skin tigher. its a bit expensive but it's worth a try!
I have 38DD I have the same problem. It's so much worse right before my period too. You have fat , basically, hanging off of your chest that is getting jostled around fast and pulled in multiple directions. To me it would be weird if it didn't hurt. I also get really bad pains when my boobs get cold in the winter. I wish that would go away but I've always had it.
0 0 0 0It might be strain from the bouncing or it can be caused by hormonal changes throughout your cycle. Both of these are normal reactions - just take a break from bouncing too much without the proper support and let it heal. If it doesn't go away after several days then see your doctor.

I think, you should tell everything whatever you want to tell to a doctor (That is the only way he/she can help you).
I guess you have big boobs, which strain your nipples while bouncing. (Sorry to say, but I love to see them bouncing). But, yes. Meet your doctor ASAP if it's really uncomfortable.0 0 0 0
