I actually really get what you mean. You kind meet someone, you click, but the conversation doesn't really go as deep as you could expect with someone that you're supposed to be the closest with. Some people just don't care to explore ideas or each other that deeply, other people are just not ready to, immature as you said. I think it's disappointing when you're trying to really get to know a person and it almost feels like there are no more layers to get through.
