The Power of Women

After reflecting upon myself over the years, I've found that it's been really women who influenced whatever drastic changes that had ever happened to me during my 18 years of existence...

1) Women have the power to make men do the undoable!

I've always hated maths, and still do I hate it, but I remember that I used to get perfect grades in maths during middle school and when I was a freshman at high school, ONLY because my crush's favorite subject was maths, so I decided to bite the bullet and try my might to improve myself, so that I'd be able to impress her with how easy I'd tackle tacky maths problem and be the first one she goes to whenever she gets stuck at a problem, AND to maintain my status as the smartest guy in class which was my most attractive quality for girls at my class.

I remember I nearly won her heart using that strategy, for she was always in awe at how a maths hater like me used to tackle some of the most challenging problems with ease, lol!

Ever since I've moved to my current boarding school which is basically a guys' only school, I've lost my motivation to study maths and all my acquired skills have literally rusted because of my deep depression due to losing her being around, thus losing my main motivation to get out of my comfort zone...

2) Women should realize that they can really change a man's life drastically!

After getting over my depression of parting away from my crush, I decided to visit her again in my former school, for she is still there, to tell her that I've been crushing on her since we've been at middle school together...

Her reaction was priceless, and every time I reminisce about that day I smile melancholously and wish if I could turn back time to just get to stay with her a year longer, awww....

Anyway, after seeing her again after a long time away, I subconsciously found myself doing things which would really make a name for myself, things that could increase my reputation when I apply to college...

For instance, I've started a food business just to impress her with my culinary skills if I get to meet her again, since you all know that a man who can cook always makes a woman weak in the legs, hehe!

I wasn't driven by the profit, nor the fact that it could improve my chances of acceptance at business school or cooking school as a major related extracurricular activity!

I realized so only when my roomies told me off to our college counselor who was more than supportive in making me go on with my food startup...

So, if you give it a deep thought, you'll find that all the drastic changes in my life were influenced by HER and ONLY HER!

And guess what?!

We've never been in a relationship together, nor have we ever went out on a date together, BUT, it was just the fact that I really liked her and meant it when I subconsciously promised her to make her feel special and to make her feel proud of me if we ever got in a relationship together...

The point of that myTake is to make all the women out there realize that they do have that incredible power to change a man's life drastically, either to the best or the worst!

Yes, ladies! You do possess that power!

I mean, if you think about it, you already have the power to create and support a whole new life; while we, the guys, just barely put in the seed....

So, I guess that you ACTUALLY are more influential than us and can indirectly change a man's life, even if you were NEVER in a relationship with that man, or EVEN thought he existed from the first place, lol!

Et Enfin....

I'd like to thank women for their existence in our lives, for they are really such beautiful creatures who just underestimate themselves, so cheer up, ladies!

You are all so beautiful and really mean a lot to us, and on behalf of all the guys out there, I'm sorry for making you have to put up with all the bullshit and hard time we've ever given you!
