I'm not saying you can't have same sex associates, but buddies, no. We are born with a natural draw to the opposite sex (unless we are attracted to the same sex and if so, the same sex applies to you). Girls try to swear they can be "just friends" with guys and most of us can. However, they likely have some feelings that are not friendly with us. And when things aren't going well in your relationship, as at some point will be the case, it's a far easier jump to transition into that "friend" infidelity than a stranger. To expect it not to be a danger to your relationship is like expecting a lion not to eat a lamb he grew up with if he gets hungry. It's our nature to have a pull to the opposite sex ( or for some same sex) and its a risk not worth taking if you value your relationship.

No way. a lot of my close friends are male and my bf's friends are mostly female. We have this amazing thing called trust ehich also comes with loyalty
