I had sex with a coworker of mine and I have decided not to tell my girlfriend about it. I think it would just unnecessarily hurt her, so it's not worth it. We're very serious and we are going to get married one day and I don't want to jeopardize that. The problem is that I still feel guilty. Every time we have sex or I look her in the eyes or kiss her, I just feel horrible. Will this feeling ever pass? I felt much worse the day after it happened, so I think the feeling of guilt is fading slowly, but how long will it take? Does anyone have any advice as to how to get over it? Thanks in advance.
