It depends on maturity and several other things.
A 18 year old dating a 26 year old is probably a bigger difference than a 24 year old dating a 32 year old. A 30 year old dating a 38 year old might not be as big a difference.
Now this may be seen as an overgeneralization, but in my opinion, an 18 year old is just usually getting ready to "start" their own life of learning independence and maturity. A 30 year old is probably going to have a decent job, more stability, and may be starting to save and grow up a little. Some may be buying their first house, or getting a condo or apartment. A lot of them have been through college, and had those experiences that many 18 year olds are just starting out with.
But, again, that depends on the people involved. I knew a 37 year old dating (and he's marrying) a 23 year old. The parents weren't happy about the situation, so he was respectful., They even stopped dating a while so that she could grow a little. 2 years later, they happened to meet again, and started dating, and the parents approve because they both handled it with maturity.
I dated a 31 year old, last year, I was 27 at the time. There was a huge difference. I was in many ways a lot more mature in how I reacted to things, and how I treated her, verses how she reacted to things and how she treated me. However, she was more experienced in dating. Those things were enough to create a big enough rift.
I had a crush on a 32 year ld when I was 25, partly because we clicked so incredibly well. We were actually going through a lot of the same major life experiences at the time. We never dated, but there was a connection building there. I doubt that would be as big a difference as the 4 year gap 2 years later.

So would you still keep dating an aolder woman in the future.
That being said, that's really tough to do, since a lot of you girls get the "cougar" jokes; it creates sort of an unfair stigma against us younger men.
To me, age doesn't matter so much as having a similar "maturity" and some potential.
Practically, as I grow older, I want to have kids. Pregnancy and a woman's age will perhaps become a bigger issue, so I may be less likely to go older until I accept the possibility of not having kids or not being able to.
well I wouldn't think so because shit look at hue hefner right lol I think a big age differnce only applys if ur under 18 years old so it says you 30 to 35 so you good
