No. First of all, I prefer smaller boobs. I think the perception that bigger is better when it comes to boobs is mostly false. I think it is women who believe that more than men.
Secondly, real is always better than fake. There is a trend among women toward fakeness that is really distasteful to most men. That's why most guys will tell you they hate makeup. That hasn't always been the case, but lately it seems women are wearing really heavy makeup, fake eyelashes, tattooed on eyebrows, fake nails... it makes them look like plastic mannequins. It has created a backlash among men about fakeness, mostly with makeup but really anything fake... like boobs.
All what you mentioned is because the same men who like "natural" shame girls at their natural state for being ugly and unattractive. I don't wear make up but I can't blame women who do.
That'a a big generalization. True of some men but not others. But regardless, there is a trend among women today to overdo everything. The key is moderation. I think most guys who say they prefer no makeup don't know what they are talking about. What they prefer is really a natural look where the makeup isn't really noticed. Tattooed eyebrows and heavy makeup are always noticeable, and so are fake boobs.
It still seems that it's what the majority of men like. Look at instagram popular girls / models and the heavy following male attention they get regardless of the heavy make up and everything else.

Not only because I actually prefer smaller breasts, but also because it is a silly reason to risk your health for.
But if I met someone who already had a surgery done, it would be ok with me (I mean, as long as it is those Bs, rather than anything bigger).

Her beliefs, her hobbies, her past, and her attitude on life in general are all pertinent information I need to formulate an accurate opinion of overall attractiveness. I'm not looking for hookups anymore. Larger breasts are better for breast feeding, breast feeding is better than formula.
But the question is specific and assumes that the girl is your girlfriend, has an A cup size and she changed it. How would you feel about that? It's not about whether a girl with that cup size is attractive.
