We met at a social event for a hobby that we both enjoy. She happened to be talking with someone else that I wanted to talk with and as I waited for them to finish their conversation, I heard her say that she needed someone to help her with something related to the hobby. I offered to help and that's how it started. Initially we were just friends but over time we started realizing how much we enjoyed being together and the relationship transformed into a romantic one.
