A Narcissists main motivation is to be served and to feel superior. They use and toss aside. Here is a video entitled, "7 Things A Narcissist Can't Feel" and I encourage you to watch it if you feel you are involved with someone who might be a narcissist.
The thing is... does it matter what a narcissist says about YOUR personality? Not one bit. Everything a narcissist says is designed to fit their own disorder. Screw them.
I was friends with one and found him fun and interesting in the beginning, but I eventually got tired of the empty promises along with not being very dependable. Then after a while I realized that he was very insecure and a total fake. EVERYTHING he said was a total lie.
You are more than welcome to share the other traits that you have seen.
I didn't realize that I was flocking to a narcissist. He learned me so he could appeal to the things that I said and present himself as exactly what I needed. No one WANTS a narcissist.
I actually asked this question a couple weeks ago and secret6620 posted this and I thought it was about as accurate as it gets. My narcisstic friend hit everyone of these on the head.
Unfortunately I had to go back to being an uptight asshole that never lets anyone borrow anything and says no to everything cause every time I open up I get fucked in the ass and taken advantage of.
No. I can't say I have. At least not an intimate one. I have a few narcissistic. Some have accused me of being narcissistic in the past but to be honest I'm a lot different from who I used to be.
I am neither of those but my lovers have been a mixed bag. I like a bit of arrogance but people blinded by their egos and selfishness never last long with me.
Yes and someone with borderline personality disorder traits as well as NPD. You really feel like you're living a nightmare. They're unbelievably abusive but everyone loves them because they're very charming superficially.
I've been on a first date with a few, but detected this almost immediately and ensured a 2nd date never occurred. My mother is a narcissist so I am extremely good at detecting them and have no desire to be around them. Dealing with one is enough.
The relationship is between two brothers to start. That being said it is still a relationship I really wish I didn't have. It haunts me everyday and if anything I'm only astounded at how Ill struck he remains, all fucked up n waiting to happen...
Oh no, I am one... Actually I have tendencies of 1-4 but every ex was a solid 1-9. I guess that is why I will take a plain ugly, just so I can avoid this.

https://www.youtube.com/embed/-kCeuHe1R_oI haven't been "seriously" involved with anyone like that, but I bet you have, sadly. No one deserves that, especially not a sweet woman like you.
And the narcissist will say that I "thrive on comments like this and that's why I'm the narcissist."
Thank you. ❤ But you're right, no one deserves it.

Damn right.
No, this would be the opposite of what I'd be attracted to. You really need to find a good "empath."
Funny several of those are also traits of normal successful people

by the way your list is a bit short. There are quite a few more traits than what you have listed.
I also wonder why women seem to flock to narcissists like they're the best thing on earth?

Yep, it was the most terrifying experience of my life.
Until you have lived it you just can't know.
What happened? Do you mind sharing your story?
That's the truth. I can testify to that.

some of these seem like good traits to have 2,3 especially
Everything in moderation...
including moderation
I've never had moderation in moderation...
Really, That's a good thing. I have and it can lead to some situations that you would never get into with a little moderation.
no just very mean girls who like to hurt me for fun

No, I simply couldn't do it
Lol. He got angry when I called him a narcissist. He IS
They would not last two weeks with me, nor I with them. In my case on this front: opposites repulse.
Those are the traits of grandiose narcissist, not vulnerable one.
Yes, I have and she was black like me. She was a rich, spoiled, bratty bitch with a princess complex
Hey, did you meet my ex? Cause that's him... Every single point.
I'd never been more greatful for braking up with someone...
I was married to one. She was diagnosed "covert narcissist" after our divorce.
Same thing happened to me
Oh no, I am one... Actually I have tendencies of 1-4 but every ex was a solid 1-9. I guess that is why I will take a plain ugly, just so I can avoid this.
