Is there anyway I can save my relationship even tho he said he lost feelings for me?

Question

Everything was going well till this qurantine, I love this guy from all my heart and before I started to date him I was too afraid to trust him. He made me trust him and gave me all hope about our future together which seemed like a magical to me. After being one year together the fights were increasing I felt unwanted when ever I told him his he never satisfied me with any explanation. 3days ago which was our last fight where I declared “if you don’t love me then leave me” then the next morning he tells me he will speak honestly to me and that lead to he has lost feelings for me. I didn’t know how to take it, I immediately thought of cutting him off. The whole day spent like a nightmare to me. After suffering for two days I thought of texting him and ask him the reasons since It was bothering me a lot for which I couldn’t focus or forget. He told me he didn’t want me to cut off and he can’t do anything about the feelings he lost. He calmed me since I hyped up and ran into tears I asked him to give us another chance. He agreed.
Is there anything I could do to want me like before, please help.

You have to have a heart to heart with him sometime (and I suggest in person). Talk calmly together about everything to do with your relationship. Why you're fighting so much, how he feels, how you feel, what needs to change etc. Maybe this just isn't a good relationship or the right one for either of you, despite you caring for him (ie maybe you're just not compatible). But the only way to "help" is you guys need to talk everything through and work things out and don't continue with the way things have been going. Make changes (if he's truly willing and wanting this relationship to survive?).

He's lying. Him saying "it's impossible" is proof of that right there. He's getting pressured from his family also. But this takes 2 to make it work, so if he's not willing to work on this with you, then you have a decision to make. Now you have to stop thinking about him and think of yourself and what you need and want. Because it honestly sound to me like his already made up his mind this is over, he's just not ending it with you because he doesn't want to hurt you (the way I see it). Because he's not willing to work on this with you (he says things like "no idea how to fix it" "impossible to be together" etc. If he already thinks that, what hope is there? He has to feel differently.)

You have bo idea how hard I tried to forget him and distract myself but ended up becoming unhealthy and losing my dad and night sleep. As I am the only child of my parents, they have more expectations from me , where Im getting only is sick and having iron deficiency lately. How can he gave up on us so easily , did he not love me ever, are the things which is haunting me bad.

Fighting with you all time is reason he lost interest
But handle situations without arguing that may be he might interest again
But he still doesn't show interest than leave him it's unhealthy you might get obsession of him.

Try putting effort and don't pressurize him than things might go back like before.
But even then he still doesn't loves you than no point in being relationship with him.
