There's a girl I'm starting to like at my work but she's hard to read how do I break the ice?

maybe she is hard to read because she doesn't want to be read... she might have set her walls a lot thicker at higher so that you won't get past it... Sometimes actions speaks louder than words. Try to help her in something that she really needs help.. it might be a good way to start rather than asking here how's her day (because she will not tell you what's going on her mind easily) and by the way more patience (if you truly like her)
